Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. grnd coriander
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or possibly 2 tbsp. dry thyme
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 lbs. chicken or possibly beef
Directions
- Preheat grill. Mix coriander, garlic and thyme in a small bowl to create a paste. Coat strips of chicken or possibly beef with paste and prick skin with fork. Marinate for 15 to 20 min then grill to your liking.
- To make fajitas use flour tortilla and roll with sauteed onions, peppers, chicken or possibly beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
