  • 1 pkt Hash Brown, frzn, Southern S
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 c. Chicken, diced, cooked
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 tsp Chicken bouillion
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Red pepper
  • 1 clv garlic, crushed Paprika

Directions

  1. Thaw hash browns overnight in refrigerator. Layer in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken over the hash browns. Stir together lowfat sour cream, broth, soup, bouillon, onion, red pepper and garlic; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-60 min or possibly till heated through.
  2. Yield: 8-10 servings.
