Ingredients
- 4 c. Bite-size pcs mixed salad greens (iceberg, Bibb, romaine or possibly spinach)
- 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. Raspberries *
- 1/2 c. Sliced strawberries
- 1/4 c. Thinly sliced leek
- 1/4 c. Sliced almonds, toasted Freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- Toss salad greens, chicken, berries and leek. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Fruity Yogurt Dressing and pepper.
- Almonds To toast almonds, heat oven to 350!. Bake in ungreased pan about 10 min, stirring occasionally, till golden.
