  1. Dredge pork chops in mix of flour, salt, mustard and garlic pwdr. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place soup, water and rice in crock pot. Put browned pork chops on top. Cover and cook for 2 hrs on medium heat. Cooking time varies with thickness of chops.
