Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet. Add in chicken parts and saute/fry till browned. Remove chicken and keep hot. In the same pan, saute/fry onions and garlic till onions are translucent/soft. Add in zucchini and mushrooms. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally till just tender.
  2. In a small bowl, gradually add in broth to flour, stirring constantly till combined. Add in to vegetable mix and cook, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in chicken, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 min. Add in white wine and parsley. Serve immediately.
