Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon grated onions
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Pile lightly into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
