Ingredients

  • 3 x Chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/4 c. Oil Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. Diced ham
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 3/4 c. Minced celery
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 2 can (6-ounce) tomato paste
  • 1 can (13.75-ounce) chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/2 lb Spaghetti

Directions

  1. Brown breasts in oil. Season well with salt and pepper. Remove from pan. To oil, add in ham, onion, celery and basil; simmer 5 min, stirring. Add in paste and broth. Return chicken, cover and simmer 1 hour or possibly till done.
  2. Turn occasionally. Add in parsley and serve over cooked spaghetti.
