Directions

  1. Cut chicken into strips. Dip in flour mixed with salt and pepper to taste. Saute/fry in butter till golden. Put in oven to keep heated.
  2. In separate pan saute/fry sliced mushrooms, diced green and red peppers with butter and wine till tender. Add in diced tomatoes, saute/fry a few min. Add in heavy cream, pepper and basil. Simmer on low. Add in grated cheese (let simmer 5 min).
  3. In separate pot cook 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta. Serve chicken over pasta with cream sauce.
