Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounce. jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 16 ounce. can tomatoes, cut up
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat Cheez Whiz in microwave. Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz, onions, and Italian seasoning into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 370 degrees approximately 50 min.
