Ingredients

  • 3 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup Chicken legs
  • 1 pkt dry Lipton onion soup

Directions

  1. Cover bottom of oblong pan with rice (wash rice first). Place skinned chicken legs on rice. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup proportionately over rice and chicken. Spread mushroom soup over ingredients. It may take more mushroom soup. Add in sufficient water to almost fill the pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or possibly till rice and chicken are done. Serve with a salad. Good!
