- Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt together. Add in all lowfat milk at once. Beat mix vigorously till dough clings to the sides of the bowl. Drop on a greased or possibly teflon baking sheet; bake in a 450 degree oven about 15 min. Spread butter over top of biscuits after you remove from oven.
