Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 (4 ounce.) jars pimentos (optional)
- 2 green peppers
- 3 (4 ounce.) cans mushrooms
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Boil chicken till tender. Saute/fry mushrooms and green peppers. Blend butter, flour and lowfat milk. Pour over chicken, mushroom and green pepper. Heat.
