  • 20 whl graham crackers
  • 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (6 serv. size) Jello instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 3/4 c. Cold Whip, thawed
  • 2 can (21 ounce) cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Line 13x9" pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary. Pour cool lowfat milk into bowl. Add in pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Let stand 5 min; then blend in whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mix over crackers. Add in another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix and remaining crackers. Spread cherry pie filling over crackers. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs.
