  2. Yield: 1 Qt):1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a sauce pan. Saute/fry onion and garlic till translucent/soft.
  3. 2. Add in the vinegar, cloves, allspice and cilantro and simmer till reduced by 1/2..
  4. 3. Add in the brown sugar, honey, ancho chile puree, ketchup and worstershire sauce. Simmer for 15 min or possibly till proper consistency is achieved.
  5. 4. Place in blender and puree till smooth. Adjust seasoning and chili.
