Ingredients
- 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 8 ounce sharp process American cheese, shredded (makes 2 c.)
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
Directions
- Put together egg yolks, bread crumbs, cheese, lowfat milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Mix in egg whites. Pour into 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 min or possibly till hard. Top with creamed vegetable. Serves 6.
