Ingredients
- 1 (17 ounce) can green peas, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese or possibly ham
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2 T minced pimento
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, put together peas, macaroni, cheese or possibly ham, onion, celery, and pimento. Put together salad dressing with remaining ingredients. Pour over pea mix and toss lightly. Refrigerate several hrs before serving. Serves 8.
