Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Layer celeriac and potato slices in a greased ovenproof pan, seasoning with salt and freshly grnd white pepper between each layer. Pour cream over top. Bake for 40 to 50 min.
  3. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle blue cheese on top. Continue to cook for another 15 to 20 min till top is golden and vegetables are tender.
