Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 sm can mild green chilies
- 1/2 pkt taco seasoning
- 1 pkt barbecue Doritos
- 1 x Avocado minced
- 2 x persimmons minced
- 3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Refried beans Diced cheddar cheese Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Cook the beef, onion and chili peppers together till beef is brown, drain.
- In a Pam'd shallow baking dish, crush the Doritos and put them in the bottom. Put meat over Doritos, 1/2 Avocado, and Fruit, then top with 1/2 lowfat sour cream, and 1/2 refried beans. Repeat the other layer same way.
- Sprinkle top with cheese and bake 30 mins.
