Cooking is my language. In my house it’s the language of love and all things family. I cook for my family every day. It’s my way of showing them that I care deeply. At least once a month I cook for our larger family that usually includes parents, sister and brother in law, cousins, aunts and uncles. If my in laws didn’t live all the way on the other side of the country our gatherings would be even larger. I would certainly need a new dining room. It’s always so clean before everyone arrives and so messy by the time they leave. I love it. I associate it with comfort, although having to clean afterwards is not comforting at all.
