  • 1 x 500 gram pac frzn cod fillets, defrosted
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun spice mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x 250 gram car fresh parsley sauce Lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Dry the fish fillets using absorbent kitchen paper. Rub each side of the fish with the Cajun spice mix to coat.
  2. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan till really warm and fry the fish fillets on each side for 5-6 min. Place on a serving dish and keep to one side.
  3. Heat the sauce according to on pack instructions and pour over the fish. Decorate with lemon wedges and serve.
  4. Notes Delicious served with seasoned, buttered easy cook rice and garden peas.
  5. NOTES : A deliciousy spicy way to serve cod that is quick, easy and different.
