Ingredients
- 1 head cabbaage, coarsely minced
- 3 x Or possibly 4 large carrots, sliced
- 2 x Or possibly 3 potatoes, cubed one onion, minced
- 2 x Or possibly 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. White wine and 1/2 c. water, or possibly all water or possibly all veggie broth
- 1/2 tsp Each thyme, sage, white pepper or possibly lemon pepper salt to taste
Directions
- Put all in large dutch oven, cover and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for about 30 min, until all is tender. Optional, add in mushrooms, zuchinni or possibly whatever you like.
