Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. corn or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 med. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pound freshly cooked shrimp

Directions

  1. Cook onion, pepper, garlic and celery in oil. Cook over medium heat 5 min. Add in tomato sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add in shrimp. Heat 5 min. Serve over warm long grain rice.
