Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 3 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecan halves, toasted and then roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar, more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
