Ingredients
- 1 c. lightly salted butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg whites and vanilla extract.
- Gradually beat in flour.
- Drop by heaping tsp. 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake about 10 min (but check after 5 min) till edges are brown.
