Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef Onion -- medium Pepper, bell -- medium
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 16 ounce Beer
- 1 pkt Brown Bag Mix
- 4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Saute/fry diced onion and bell pepper. Add in to browned meat along with tomato sauce and beer. Mix thoroughly and add in seasonings. Continue to cook for 30-60 min, stirring frequently. Add in Masa flour paste slowly. Add in cayenne pepper. Add in tabasco sauce.
