Directions

  1. Chop lime leaves. Juice lemon. Heat stock and add in lime leaves, lemon grass, ginger, Nouk Mam & lemon juice. Bring to a low boil, stirring well.
  2. Add in seafood & coconut lowfat milk. Simmer at just below boiling till seafood is cooked, stirring constantly. Add in chilis at the last moment. Serve with lime wedges and steamed rice.
