Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine; 1/2 c. White wine, dry; 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce; 1 tsp Paprika; 1/2 tsp Mustard Pwdr; 2 dsh Tabasco Sauce; 1 tsp Lemon Juice,Fresh; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper,Black, fresh grnd; 2 1/2 lb Venison steaks

2 1/2 lb Venison steaks

Directions

Heat butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients & mix well. Bring sauce to boil & remove from heat. Place venison steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, & broil fro 5 min; turn & brush sauce on other side. Broil for 5 min or possibly to desired doneness. Use sauce generously.
