Ingredients

  • 20 ounce. frzn minced broccoli, cooked & liquid removed
  • 1 c. long grain rice, cooked
  • 1 c. process cheese spread
  • 10 ounce. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ounce. condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine broccoli and rice in large container. Mix cheese spread, mushroom soup and chicken soup together. Add in to broccoli. Put butter and onion into frying pan. Saute/fry till onion is soft and clear. Mix with broccoli and rice. Put into 3 qt casserole. Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 min. Serves 8.
