Ingredients
- 20 ounce. frzn minced broccoli, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 c. long grain rice, cooked
- 1 c. process cheese spread
- 10 ounce. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounce. condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine broccoli and rice in large container. Mix cheese spread, mushroom soup and chicken soup together. Add in to broccoli. Put butter and onion into frying pan. Saute/fry till onion is soft and clear. Mix with broccoli and rice. Put into 3 qt casserole. Heat butter in small saucepan. Stir in crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 30 min. Serves 8.
