Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole Recipe

• 1 bag frzn broccoli (still frzn)
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 sm. onion
• 8 ounce. Cheez Whiz (or possibly Velveeta)
• 2 cans cream soup (chicken or possibly mushroom)
• 1 c. Minute Rice
• Salt and pepper
• Mushrooms, optional
