Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (12-ounce) green beans -or possibly-
- 2 c. Fresh cooked green beans
- 1 jar (2-ounce) pimentos, liquid removed and minced
- 1 tsp Salt Black pepper to taste
- 1 can Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions
- This recipe was given to me by my husband's grandmother-it's simple and good.
- Brown meat; drain well. Add in the onion and cook till tender. Stir in cheese and the soup till well blended. Add in the beans, pimentos and the seasonings. Place into a 12" x 8" baking dish. Place the biscuits around the edge of the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 min or possibly til biscuits are golden.
