Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (any kind)
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 4-6 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Directions

  1. Saute/fry sausage; drain. Add in dry mustard. Grease 9"x13" pan. Put bread on bottom of pan. Then layer meat, egg and lowfat milk mix and cheese in which order. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
