Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. brandy

Directions

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add in butter and boiling water. Mix well and cook together 6 min or possibly till clear. Add in brandy after you remove saucepan from heat.
Serve hot over cake or possibly pudding. 8 to 10 servings.
