Ingredients
- 1 pkg. instant vegetable soup mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Minced green onions, optional
- 6 ounce frzn cut spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread or possibly pumpernickel bread
Directions
- Mix thoroughly all ingredients. Refrigerate 1 or possibly 2 hrs or possibly overnight. To serve, dip mix into a hollowed out round loaf or possibly sourdough bread. Serve with bread cubes reserved from the loaf together with assorted raw vegetables.
