Ingredients

  • 1 doz crabs
  • 1 1/2 gal Water
  • 1/2 box salt
  • 2 x Onions, quartered
  • 3 x Lemons, quartered
  • 1 bag crab boil
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 whl garlic, halved
  • 1 bot (small) warm pepper sauce
  • 1 x Green pepper, halved
  • 3 x Ribs celery

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except crabs and boil for 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. Purge crabs in fresh running water. Put purged crabs in brew and cover. Let come to a boil. Boil for 20 min. Turn off fire and let soak for 10 min.
  2. Crabs will be very peppery. If less peppery crabs are desired, use less warm pepper sauce.
