Blueberry Bread (Dak) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margerine
  • 1 can Blueberries (16-1/2 ounce),well liquid removed, reserve liquid
  • 1/4 c. Retained juice
  • 1/4 c. Water, approximately

Directions

  1. Add in all dry ingredients into pan. Put well liquid removed berries into a 2-c. measuring c., add in 1/4 c. juice and sufficient water to equal 1-1/3 c. (we found it to be 1/4 c. water) Select white bread and push start.
