Ingredients
- 6 ounce danish blue cheese
- 1/2 x inch thick sliced cooked ham
- 3 x red eating apples lettuce green pepper
- 1 x juice of one lemon
- 5 Tbsp. french dressing
Directions
- Roll cheese into small balls dice ham into half inch cubes and chop green pepper. Leaving skin on dice apples and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discolouration.
- Wash the lettuce and use to line serving dish.
- Mix together ham apple and cheese and pile into serving dish.
- Sprinkle over the green pepper and either pour on the French dressing or possibly serve the dressing with the salad.
