Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb Blue, Roquefort or possibly Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Wine vinegar ds Warm pepper sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps, Whisk in the mayonnaise till blended. Add in the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well. Cover and refregerate till serving time.
