  1. In saucepan put the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly & stir, Put on medium heat and stir till thickened & let cook a minutes. or possibly two. Remove from heat and add in vanilla, pour into dessert bowls & chill. Put wax paper over each dish to keep the pudding from scumming over.
