Ingredients
- 4 x Black puddings, (i.e. about 600 g).
- 4 piece aluminium foil. Mustard
Directions
- 1 Preheat the oven (gas mark 7 / 425F / 220C).
- 2 Put each black pudding on a piece of aluminium foil and wrap up, twisting each end of the paper to close them securely.
- 3 Put the papillotes in the preheated oven and cook for 25 min.
- 4 Remove the black puddings from the foil and serve warm with mustard.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly a gratin dauphinois.
- Black pudding is one of the oldest forms of charcuterie. Its invention is attributed to Ancient Greece.
