2 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Chopped warm chili peppers
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Cider vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 mins. Strain or possibly puree in a blender or possibly food processor. Chill between uses.
