Ingredients
- 5 c. Figs
- 5 c. Sugar Fresh Lemon Juice, from 4 lemons
Directions
- Wash, stem and slice figs.
- Put all ingredients together in large pan.
- Place on low heat and stir till sugar is melted, then boil brisk for 20 min or possibly till syrup forms thick drops.
- Seal in warm jars.
