Ingredients

  • 1 can of organic black beans - Boiled
  • 1 1/2 cup (roughly) lite cottage cheese
  • 1/4 white onion - cut into strips
  • shredded cheese
  • organic low-salt tomato sauce (pasta)
  • step 1
  • Lay down a base of whole wheat pasta sheets to line your pan
  • Next lay down shredded/chopped chicken evenly, then chopped bell pepper, onion, & tomato slices
  • Put down another layer of whole wheat pasta sheets
  • Then, again, lay down shredded/chopped chicken evenly, then chopped bell pepper, onion, & tomato slices
  • After, layer cottage cheese
  • step 3
  • Cover the cottage cheese layer with a organic tomato sauce - don't be shy - spread that sh!*
