Ingredients

1 x cream cheese softened, 3 ounce.
1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
3/4 c. carrot finely shredded
1 tsp honey
1/2 c. pecans finely minced
24 x pretzel sticks

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and refrigerate1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel into each.
Yield: 2 dozen.
