Ingredients
- 5 c. Flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Double-acting baking pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1 c. Shortening
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening with pastry blender till it resembles crumbs.
- NOTES : Store in airtight container up to six weeks at room temperature, or possibly freeze for up to six months.
