  • 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cooked cut green beans
  • 6-8 cooked whole sm. white onions
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1 c. pkg. biscuit mix
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. In 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine all ingredients except biscuit mix and lowfat milk. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min.
  2. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and lowfat milk as directed on package. Make 16 small biscuits. Overlap biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake 10 min longer or possibly till done. Serves 4.
