- Mix crust and press into pie plate. Prick crust with fork. Bake 350 degrees 15 min. Cold.
- Filling: Mix water and cornstarch together in saucepan till cornstarch dissolves. Add in sugar and bring to a boil. Add in Jello, mix and cold mix. When cold, pour over fresh strawberries in crust. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
