Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large eggs
  • 3-4 T mayonnaise
  • 2 T horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoon vinegar
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Half hard cooked large eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Add in the rest of the ingredients to mashed yolks mixing to desired consistency and taste. Re-fill egg whites with mix. Dot with paprika.
