Ingredients
- 4 lb Beef, cubed
- 1 pt Beer
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 x Onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper, grnd
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- Heat butter in large skillet and saute/fry' onions till tender. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
- Add in browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions. Add in sufficient beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
