Directions

  1. Cut potatoes and carrots into chunks; trim beans and slice diagonally into 1 1/2 -inch pcs. Add in to Stroganoff; cover and bake in 325 F oven for 30 min. Let cold to room temperature; cover and chill overnight.
  2. To serve, reheat beef mix in 325 F oven for 30 to 40 min or possibly till heated through. Alternatively, cook over medium-high heat for 20 to 30 min.
  3. Makes about 4 servings.
