- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Dry thyme
Directions
- Combine all of the above ingredients thoroughly. Store in a clean, new or possibly recycled, airtight shaker-type spice jar.
- This recipe yields 2/3 c. of Emeril's famous "Bayou Blast" Creole seasoning.
